The Chiefs and TE Travis Kelce plan to meet shortly after the Super Bowl to settle on his 2026 plans, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The team wants Kelce back, per Rapoport. And Kelce seemed to hint that he's leaning toward playing another season when he celebrated the return of OC Eric Bienemy on his podcast. "I can't wait to see him back in the building, man," Kelce said. "He's one of my favorite coaches of all time, one of my favorite people of all time. I've had so many unbelievable growing moments under him as a player, as a person, and I just love the guy."

Kelce is no longer the elite difference-maker that he was in his prime. But he was still plenty useful last year, catching 76 balls for 851 yards and five TDs. The catches and yards ranked top six among TEs. Kelce finished ninth at the position in PPR points per game.
We expect to have a good idea of Kelce's 2026 plans by the time free agency kicks off in March.
In the meantime, Kelce is a fine pick at his early TE21 best-ball ADP. While there's risk that he's a zero, he's a virtual lock to out-produce that price tag if he plays this season.
