WR Tyreek Hill said on a recent Twitch stream that he still needs another surgery on the left knee he injured in September. Hill had surgery on September 30 to repair his ACL and other ligaments. This upcoming procedure will address the LCL, Hill said. It's unclear if this second surgery was planned or the result of complications in rehab.
2026 Fantasy Football Impact
We'll look for more details on Hill's upcoming surgery -- and what it means for his 2026 outlook. But he already looked like a poor bet for substantial fantasy value this season. This was a devastating, multi-ligament knee injury. And Hill won't be helped by the fact that he turns 32 in March.
Recently released by the Dolphins, Hill might need to wait until he's further along in his recovery before finding a new home. That'll only add to the volatility in his fantasy value.
Hill is ok to take some shots on at his early WR64 best-ball ADP. But he's not a guy to get over-exposed to. There's a decent chance that Hill is a near-zero in fantasy football this year.
