The Giants are expected to sign TE Isaiah Likely. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that he's getting a three-year deal worth $40 million, "with upside to $47.5M." Likely spent his first four seasons with the Ravens after arriving as a fourth-round pick in 2022. This is his first shot at free agency.
2026 Fantasy Football Impact
Likely delivered flashes in Baltimore but ends his tenure there with just 2.3 career receptions per game. He posted highs of 2.6 receptions and 29.8 yards per game in 2024, despite fellow TE Mark Andrews appearing in every game.
Andrews' presence, of course -- plus the run-heavy offense -- limited Likely's scoring potential. That shouldn't be the case with his new team.
The 26-year-old TE (as of April 18) not only follows former Ravens HC John Harbaugh. He lands in an offense with little beyond WR Malik Nabers to help second-year QB Jaxson Dart. And even Nabers is coming off an ACL tear (plus) that could threaten his start to 2026.
We'll see what else the Giants add this offseason and whether they bring back free-agent WR Wan'Dale Robinson. But Likely faces easily his best opportunity to date.
Projected ADP Movement
Likely has been at steal at TE21 in early best-ball ADP. That's sure to climb now that he has signed for starter money. But he'll remain draftable into the low end of the top 12.
Other Winners & Losers
Andrews is an obvious winner, but you should have already been treating him as though Likely was leaving. It would have made no sense for either the Ravens or Likely to work out a new deal there.
