Cowboys WR George Pickens reported for this week's mandatory minicamp and says he has no plans to hold out during training camp or the season. He's set to play 2026 on the franchise tag, which will pay him $27.3 million.
What They're Saying
Pickens: “What’s important to me is winning. Like I said from the beginning, I always wanna bring a Super Bowl to a group of guys that never had that feeling. That’s really the most important part to me.”
2026 Fantasy Football Impact
We haven't had any holdout risk baked into Pickens' projections, so he's not moving in the WR rankings. But the confirmation that he's committed for this season is nice.
And the monetary motivation certainly isn't a bad thing for a player whose effort has been questionable in the past.
Pickens is coming off a huge 2025 season, finishing sixth among WRs in PPR points per game. He sank to 11th in 12 full games with WR CeeDee Lamb, which is a better representation of his 2026 fantasy value. But Pickens is fairly priced at his WR10 ADP.
