Jordan Love Headshot

In the Packers joint practice on Wednesday, Jordan Love torched the Cardinals defense. Love completed 8 of 10 passes in the first team period, which included a 45-yard deep-ball TD to Matthew Golden per ESPN’s Rob Demovsky. He also connected with Christian Watson multiple times and completed a deep crosser to Jayden Reed.

2026 Fantasy Football Impact: Little Rushing Room For Error

Since taking over as the starting quarterback in 2023, Jordan Love’s fantasy production has trended downward.

He posted 22.1 fantasy points per game in his first season as a starter, followed by 19.1 and, most recently, 17.1.

Even with the fantasy dip, Love has remained one of the league’s most efficient passers. Among all quarterbacks, his 8.1 adjusted yards per attempt last season ranked seventh while his 5.2% passing touchdown rate was top 10 mark.

Love’s lower-end floor comes as a result of his rushing production, or lack thereof. He’s averaged just 1.1 rushing PPG over the past two seasons.

With so much of his fantasy success tied to passing, his weapons' ability to produce and stay healthy is as important as ever.
