The Cowboys couldn't find room for Blue on their 53-man roster or even their practice squad, and the rest of the league passed when he hit waivers.
He's clearly a long way from fantasy relevance at this point. Philadelphia seems set with RB Saquon Barkley, Tank Bigsby, and Will Shipley on their active roster. Blue will likely need an injury to one of those guys to have any chance of finding the field this season.
He's not worth rostering in redraft.
