Bengals QB Joe Burrow (back) is active for today’s game vs. the Texans. He never seemed to be in real danger of missing this one, despite being limited with back tightness in the first two practices of the week. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport said this morning that Burrow will have "no limitations" today.
