In a game where Ja’Marr Chase put up 26.5 PPR points, it was Tee Higgins who led the Bengals in targets and yards. Higgins finished just shy of his first 100-yard game since Week 9 of last season after catching five of his 10 targets for 95 yards in a 14.5 PPR point Week 2 performance.
2026 Fantasy Football Impact: WR1 Production is in Play
Going back to last season, Sunday marks the fourth game over his last five to achieve double-digit PPR fantasy points.
It was projected to be a tougher matchup for Bengals WRs this week, facing a Texans defense that allowed the sixth fewest receiving yards last season. But Higgins still managed 95 yards, ranking as the 12th most among all WRs in Week 2 pending Sunday- and Monday Night Football.
Two weeks into the season, Higgins is averaging 11.7 PPR points per game without accounting for a TD. Assuming endzone luck can turn more in his favor as the season continues, the Bengals WR should finish far closer to WR1 production.
Higgins gets a Steelers defense in Week 3 that he averaged 18.5 PPR points against over their two matchups last season.
