Eagles QB Jalen Hurts helped keep Sunday's game at Tennessee closer than it probably should have been. He tossed a pair of INTs en route to 264 yards passing and 2 TDs. The QB added just 16 rushing yards on 5 carries. The issue seems to be blocking -- and perhaps offensive design -- more than Hurts, though. NFL Next Gen Stats credited him with a 6.1% completion rate over expected, while Hurts' 18 completions on throws that took longer than 2.5 seconds to develop marked a career high, according to Devin Jackson of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

2026 Fantasy Football Impact: Hurts Actually Played Pretty Well in Week 2
Hurts tossed a bad INT to end Philly's first drive on the verge of scoring but played well otherwise. His other pick came on a downfield throw where he was hit as he released and the ball fell short of the intended target.
He completed 70.3% of his passes for the game, a nice rebound from Hurts' 56% completion rate in Week 1. Here's his Next Gen Stats passing chart for the game:
He also notably went 6-of-8 passing for 61 yards and a TD on the game-winning drive late in the fourth quarter. And Philly fared well on third-down conversions despite commonly getting stuck in third-and-long situations thanks to a non-existent running game.
Hurts sits a decent 10th among QBs in fantasy points per game through two weeks (with Monday night's game pending) and gets a high-upside Week 3 matchup at Chicago.
There's not much to worry about here, though the shaky blocking could lower Hurts' fantasy floor against tougher pass rushes.
We'll see whether the Rams' interior D-line can test that in Week 4.
