Texans RB David Montgomery put up his second straight poor fantasy performance. He ran the ball 11 times for 33 yards, catching two passes for 15 yards against the Colts. That comes off the heels of an eight-touch, 24-yard performance in Week 2. After scoring 3 TDs in Week 1, Montgomery has disappointed fantasy managers.

Montgomery’s 34 snaps led RB Woody Marks who only had 20 snaps. But, Marks did get the lone goal-line rush which resulted in a TD.
Unfortunately, the combination of the Texans' poor OL and Montgomery’s lack of explosiveness and ability to break tackles leads to these types of poor performances.
There is a chance for a bounceback in the next few weeks against the Cowboys and Titans who both have given up chunk plays on the ground.
