1. Jahmyr Gibbs, Detroit Lions
Played on Thursday
2. De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins
Shockingly, Achane failed to catch a pass in Week 13. His season-long trajectory suggests he’ll rebound, though, while he still posted 16+ PPR points for the fifth straight week. Keep expectations high against the Jets.
3. Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts
Taylor has been relatively bottled up by tough Chiefs and Texans defenses the past two weeks. He gets another difficult on-paper matchup this Sunday against the Jaguars, who rank sixth in adjusted fantasy points allowed to RBs. The Colts are 1.5-point favorites with a 24.5-point implied total, though, so we don't consider this matchup as tough for Taylor as the previous two. He remains an obvious must-start in season-long leagues.
4. Bijan Robinson, Atlanta Falcons
Robinson enters Week 14 as the overall No. 4 RB in PPR scoring. He's averaging just under 21 touches per game and just over 21 PPR points per contest. Robinson has topped 30 fantasy points in two of his last three, but faces a stiffer challenge in Week 14 against a Seahawks' defense that allows the seventh-fewest fantasy points to RBs. Regardless, Robinson is a locked-in, top-5 option with 20-plus-point upside.
5. James Cook, Buffalo Bills
Cook reached 20 PPR points in three straight, a stretch that includes only two TDs. This week, he could get LT Dion Dawkins and RT Spencer Brown back from injuries. Regardless, Cook’s a no-doubt RB1 vs. the Bengals.
6. Josh Jacobs, Green Bay Packers
Jacobs had a heavy workload in his return from his knee injury, with 75% of the RB touches. He played less in the receiving game, but that work should return as he gets healthier. He hasn’t topped 100 yards rushing this year, but his TDs have kept his fantasy season afloat. The Bears haven’t allowed a 100-yard rusher since Week 4. Jacobs’ volume and TD opportunity keep him as a strong start this week, however.
7. Breece Hall, New York Jets
Hall’s usage has looked strong since a Week 9 bye, with a 76% snap share and a 72% carry share. He’s finished as a top-16 PPR RB three times over that stretch. Hall projects for another 15+ touches this week in what projects as a close game vs. Miami. The Fins supply a neutral matchup for enemy RBs.
8. Chase Brown, Cincinnati Bengals
In Week 13, Brown found himself in a split with returning veteran Samaje Perine. Brown held a slight 50-47% carry share edge, with the gap widening in route rate (56-24%). Ultimately, Brown should deliver a strong line this week against a bad Buffalo run defense. Only the Giants and Bengals have allowed more PPR points per game to RBs.
9. Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens
Henry went 11-104-1 in terms of touches last week. With Justice Hill on IR and playing from behind, Keaton Mitchell has earned some touches. The Ravens come in as favorites and should lead in this game. Henry also faces a Steelers defense that just gave up 206 rushing yards to the Bills’ RBs last week. The Ravens will likely lean into Henry to carry the offense with Lamar Jackson’s recent struggles.
10. Bucky Irving, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Irving finally returned to the lineup last week, and he had 19 touches. He went 17-61-1 on the ground and 2-20-0 through the air. He also had another TD called back on a penalty. That is promising when Irving was expected to be limited in the game. The Saints' run defense has been awful, facing the second-most RB runs per game in the league. Irving is a must-start.
11. Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles
The Chargers head into this matchup ranked just 25th in rush DVOA compared with eighth against the pass. That's not enough to make it an exciting spot for a Philly run game that continues to struggle. But it offers some hope.
12. Ashton Jeanty, Las Vegas Raiders
The rushing has been rough, with seven straight games of 3.5 yards per carry or less. The past three found him averaging a mere 2.3 yards per rush. Fortunately for PPR managers, Jeanty has also garnered eight targets in three straight contests and caught 6+ balls in each of those. He'll be more of a decision in half-PPR and non-PPR formats.
13. Quinshon Judkins, Cleveland Browns
The Browns are (gasp!) four-point favorites over the Titans on Sunday. That's big for Judkins, who has averaged 19.7 carries in three wins this season (vs. 17.1 in losses). And even that's deflated a bit by the 16 carries he finished with in the Week 12 win over the Raiders, when he left multiple times with injuries. Cleveland will also likely be without RB Dylan Sampson this week, which could push an extra target or two Judkins' way. The rookie is a safe volume-based fantasy starter.
14. Kenneth Walker III, Seattle Seahawks
Since Week 7, Walker has taken 46% of Seattle RB carries, but trails behind teammate Zach Charbonnet in fantasy scoring. Charbonnet continues to be utilized more in short-yardage situations, but Walker has a significant lead in target share (9% to 3%). Atlanta has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to RBs, so it's a good matchup for Walker. He's a mid-range RB2 who should see his usual 15-18 touch role in a positive matchup.
15. Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams
Williams missed some time in the first half last week with an ankle injury. He later returned, but Blake Corum continues to factor in, rotating drives in L.A.'s backfield. After leading all RBs in snap share last season (87%), Williams is down to 70% in 2025. HC Sean McVay indicated that he wants to keep Williams healthy for the playoffs. Williams has only topped 14 carries in a game once since Week 4, but still gets enough usage to remain a high-end RB2. In Week 14, Williams gets a plus matchup against an Arizona defense that allows the ninth-most fantasy points to RBs.
16. RJ Harvey, Denver Broncos
Harvey delivered fantasy points thanks to a pair of TDs last week. But he has managed just 65 yards on 24 carries in the two games since J.K. Dobbins went down. Fortunately for him, this week holds a Raiders D that's been the fifth-most friendly to RBs by our adjusted fantasy points allowed.
17. Javonte Williams, Dallas Cowboys
Played on Thursday
18. Aaron Jones, Minnesota Vikings
Jones has been a limited practice participant as he deals with a shoulder injury. Since Week 10, Jones has played 61% of the Vikings' snaps and accounted for 58% of the backfield carries. If he's good to go, Jones checks in as a mid-range RB2 facing a Washington defense that has allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing RBs.
19. Travis Etienne, Jacksonville Jaguars
Etienne has now played under 55% of Jacksonville's offensive snaps in two of his last three games after topping that rate in each of his first nine. He's out-carried RB Bhayshul Tuten 46 to 30 over the last three, but both guys have three carries inside the five. Etienne is no better than a mid-range RB2 at this point, although he does get a matchup upgrade this week against a Colts defense missing DL DeForest Buckner.
20. Omarion Hampton, Los Angeles Chargers
If Hampton's ready for Monday night's game, we still might not know just how much work he'll get. The rookie hasn't played since Week 5 and remained limited to open this practice week. He would, at least, face a Philly defense missing DT Jalen Carter. The two other games Carter has missed this season found Javonte Williams posting a 15-54-2 rushing line in Week 1 and Cam Skattebo a 19-98-3 in Week 6.
21. Devin Neal, New Orleans Saints
Neal had moderate success, going 17-69-0 in total touches last week. He handled 77.3% of RB touches, but the Saints offense just doesn’t give enough opportunities for Neal to score fantasy points. The Bucs' run defense has also been strong, only allowing 77.4 rushing yards per game to RBs (6th in the league). They can be exploited by RBs through the air, but Neal is unlikely to find the end zone. He is an RB3 this week.
22. Woody Marks, Houston Texans
Marks missed Wednesday’s practice with a foot injury, but HC DeMeco Ryans said he expects the rookie to play against K.C. Marks is Houston’s clear lead back, most recently handling 58% of the carries in Week 13. But a negative road matchup knocks him to low-end RB2 range. The Chiefs have allowed only six rushing scores all season.
23. Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers
Warren went 12-44-1 with the Steelers' only score of the game against the Bills. With the Steelers getting down early, Warren was taken out of the game plan early. The Steelers also ran more shotgun and pistol last week due to Aaron Rodgers’ wrist injury, causing a step back in the rushing game. The Ravens have an average rush defense. Warren can put up RB2 numbers with enough touches.
24. Kareem Hunt, Kansas City Chiefs
Hunt retained the lead back role in Week 13, despite seeing Isiah Pacheco return from injury. The veteran carried 14 times for 58 yards in a close loss, good for 4.1 yards per carry and a big 70% carry share. We’ll see if the roles balance out down the stretch, but Hunt’s current role at least supplies Flex appeal vs. Houston. The Chiefs enter the weekend as 3.5-point home favorites.
25. Zonovan Knight, Arizona Cardinals
Knight has produced three straight games with a TD and 13-plus PPR points. He's been surprisingly involved as a receiver, averaging 4 targets per game in the stretch. Michael Carter will also be involved, but Knight has controlled 55% of Arizona's backfield carries since Week 11. His consistent usage and TD potential keep him on the Flex radar in Week 14, but a matchup against a Rams defense that allows the fourth-fewest fantasy points to RBs looms.
26. D'Andre Swift, Chicago Bears
Swift went 19-138-1 in total touches last week as the Bears dominated on the ground. Swift finally saw the end zone for the first time since Week 8, but the Bears are leaning into more of a 50/50 split between him and D’Andre Swift. The Packers' run defense has been volatile. If the game stays close, there should be a healthy dose of Swift and Monangai again.
27. Zach Charbonnet, Seattle Seahawks
Charbonnet trails behind Kenneth Walker in playing time, but continues to be a reliable weekly Flex option because of his red-zone role. Inside the opponent's 10-yard line, Charbonnet has out-carried Walker 19-10, with a 7-3 lead in TDs. The Falcons have allowed 8 rushing TDs to RBs in 12 games. View Charbonnet as a mid-range RB3 who should see his usual allotment of 10-12 touches with plus TD odds.
28. Kenneth Gainwell, Pittsburgh Steelers
Gainwell went 7-45-0 in total touches last week. He continues working as the receiving back for the Steelers, going 2-25-0 through the air last week on 3 targets. The Steelers did run more shotgun and pistol last week due to Aaron Rodgers’ wrist injury, causing a step back in the rushing game. He can be a fine RB3 in PPR against an average Ravens’ rush defense.
29. David Montgomery, Detroit Lions
Played on Thursday
30. Tony Pollard, Tennessee Titans
Pollard has claimed a bigger share of Tennessee's rushing work lately, out-carrying RB Tyjae Spears 31 to nine over the last three weeks. The Titans' total rushing volume could be up this week as only four-point underdogs to the similarly lifeless Browns. But the matchup is brutal against the league's fifth-ranked RB defense. Pollard remains an unexciting RB3.
31. Kyle Monangai, Chicago Bears
Monangai went 22-130-1 in total touches last week as the Bears dominated on the ground. This is the third straight game that Monangai has scored a TD, and the Bears are leaning into more of a 50/50 split between him and D’Andre Swift. The Packers' run defense has been volatile. If the game stays close, there should be a healthy dose of Swift and Monangai again.
32. Tyjae Spears, Tennessee Titans
Spears has averaged 5.3 targets and 5.0 catches over his last three games, putting him in play as a desperation PPR start. His nine carries for six rushing yards over that span keep him from being anything more than that.
33. Chris Rodriguez, Washington Commanders
Over the last month, Rodriguez has taken over as Washington's lead back. He has out-snapped Jacory Croskey-Merritt in four consecutive games. He's also taken 80% of Washington's carries inside the opponent's five-yard line. We're treating Rodriguez as a starter, but a low-end one due to his lack of involvement in the passing game. Minnesota has also allowed the 12th-fewest fantasy points to RBs, so Rodriguez comes in as a modest RB3 in Week 14.
34. Michael Carter, Arizona Cardinals
Carter actually leads Arizona's backfield with a 50% snap share in his last three games. He's only gotten 26% of the carries, but Carter has earned 7,3 and 6 targets in those games. The Cardinals are 8.5-point underdogs this week, indicating that they'll be playing from behind. Carter's 11% target share since Week 11 keeps him on the Flex radar against the Rams.
35. Samaje Perine, Cincinnati Bengals
Perine returned from injury in Week 13 to essentially split carries with Chase Brown. The result? 14 carries, albeit for only 39 yards. Week 14 turns up a favorable matchup with the Bills, but the game script could force Cincy to lean pass. That leaves Perine as a low-floor Flex.
36. Kimani Vidal, Los Angeles Chargers
Vidal presents risk-reward potential this week. If Omarion Hampton's ready to return, then Vidal will see limited work for a scuffling offense. But any limitation for Hampton -- in what would be his first game since Week 5 -- could shift the spotlight to Vidal against a Philly D missing key DT Jalen Carter. Watch for updates on Hampton, but don't plan for Vidal to be a strong play.
37. Bhayshul Tuten, Jacksonville Jaguars
Tuten has tallied 30 carries over his last three games and matched RB Travis Etienne with three carries inside the five-yard line over that span. That's enough to get the rookie into RB3 spot-start consideration. Tuten is a better play in non- and half-PPR leagues. He has just nine catches all season.
38. Blake Corum, Los Angeles Rams
Corum continues to be a factor in the Rams' potent offense. He rotates drives with Kyren Williams, but plays enough to be considered a weekly Flex candidate. Since Week 9, Corum has commanded 38% of the Rams' backfield carries overall, but has taken 56% of the carries inside the opponent's 5-yard line. The Cardinals have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to RBs, and the Rams are 8.5-point road favorites. That's a positive game script for L.A.'s backfield, which keeps Corum in Flex territory.
39. Rachaad White, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
White still played well ahead of Sean Tucker last week, despite Bucky Irving returning. White played 38% of snaps compared to 15% by Tucker (and 52% by Irving). Irving may get even more work against the Saints, being another week removed from his injury. But the Saints' run defense is so bad that White could find the end zone or break a big play. The Saints' run defense has been awful, facing the second-most RB runs per game in the league.
40. Tyler Allgeier, Atlanta Falons
Allgeier is averaging just 8.9 touches per game and has only 10 receptions. But it's his short-yardage role that keeps Allgeier in weekly Flex range. Allgier has 8 TD runs, but Bijan Robinson has seen an increase in red-zone involvement over the last three weeks. Seattle has only allowed 4 rushing TDs to RBs, so Allgeier's lack of involvement in the passing game hurts his upside this week. He's a TD-dependent, deep-league Flex option in a negative matchup.
41. Jordan Mason, Minnesota Vikings
If Aaron Jones sits out, Jordan Mason has RB2 upside. However, if Jones is active, Mason reverts to his change-of-pace role. In Minnesota's last four games, Mason has taken 35% of the Vikings' carries, but has only a 2% target share. For the season, Mason has handled 75% of the team's carries inside the opponent's 5-yard line, so there is some TD upside here, facing a Commanders' defense that has yielded the third-most fantasy points to RBs.
42. Isiah Pacheco, Kansas City Chiefs
Pacheco returned from a multi-week absence to handle just 27% of the backfield carries. There’s potential for his role to expand, but the floor remains low in a negative matchup vs. Houston.
43. Keaton Mitchell, Baltimore Ravens
With Justice Hill placed on IR, Mitchell got some work going 2-19-1 on the ground and 2-12-0 through the air. The Ravens getting behind in the game likely led to Mitchell being on the field more than he would be in a typical game. Coming in as a favorite neutralizes some of Mitchell’s upside, so he should be benched this week in most leagues.
44. Jaleel McLaughlin, Denver Broncos
McLaughlin has gotten exactly six carries and one target (caught each) in the two games since J.K. Dobbins went down. We'll see whether RJ Harvey's lackluster rushing shifts any more work his way, but McLaughlin remains a deep, TD-dependent consideration only.
45. Jerome Ford, Cleveland Browns
RB Dylan Sampson's expected absence should mean a few extra touches for Ford. And his Browns are actually four-point favorites vs. the similarly lifeless Titans team on Sunday. But Ford still qualifies as just a desperation fantasy start.
46. Jeremy McNichols, Washington Commanders
McNichols leads Washington's backfield with a 7% target share. Last week, he received a season-high 6 carries -- his third game in a row with 4-plus totes. At this point, it seems like McNichols has moved past Jacory Croskey-Merritt on the depth chart. With Jayden Daniels expected to be back at QB, McNichols could see an extra target or two against the Vikings. He comes in as a deep-league PPR Flex option who will see 6-8 touches.
47. Jacory Croskey-Merritt, Washington Commanders
Croskey-Merritt's role has declined for four straight games. He played a season-low 12 snaps in Week 13 and ranked third in Washington's backfield with 4 carries. With minimal involvement as a receiver or in short yardage, Croskey-Merritt has a precipitous floor. He should only be started as a desperation Flex option in deep leagues that are ravaged by the final bye week of the season.
48. Ty Johnson, Buffalo Bills
Ty Johnson has carved out a steady passing-down role, logging a route on more than 45 percent of dropbacks in two straight games. That usage now gets a boost with his team entering Week 14 against an atrocious Bengals defense. Johnson profiles as a viable PPR flex this week, especially for managers looking to secure a safe receiving floor.
49. Nick Chubb, Houston Texans
Chubb would only carry fantasy value if Woody Marks (foot) suffers a setback. The veteran has been held under ten carries in four straight.
50. Ollie Gordon II, Miami Dolphins
Since Week 7, Gordon has a 26% snap share and has taken 19% of Miami’s backfield carries. He’s also taken 50% of the carries inside the opponent’s 5-yard line, which gives him a path to modest Flex value in deeper leagues against a New York Jets’ defense that has given up the fifth-most PPR points to opposing RBs.
