Garrett Wilson Headshot

Jets WR Garrett Wilson caught 7 of 11 targets for 104 yards and a TD in Sunday’s 17-12 win over the Browns. His longest catch went for 32 yards, and he finished with 23.4 PPR points. Wilson played 65 of 70 snaps (92.9%) and ran 34 routes. His 11 targets were nearly four times as many as any other Jets receiver, as no one else saw more than 4. Geno Smith threw for only 182 yards, so Wilson accounted for 57% of the passing offense.

2026 Fantasy Football Impact: More Volume, Same Production

Wilson entered the week with 24 catches for 270 yards and 2 TDs on 31 targets. That averages out to 7.8 targets and 67.5 yards per game. Sunday’s 11 targets and 104 yards both beat those marks, and his 37.9% target share (11 of 29) was massive. That workload is tied to the Jets’ injuries. Adonai Mitchell (finger) missed his third straight game after drawing 14 targets in his first two, and Breece Hall was also out. Cleveland entered allowing the 10th-most PPR points to WRs (36.9 per game) and ranked 17th in our pass defense power rankings.

The Jets visit the Patriots in Week 6, then host the Dolphins and Raiders. New England is the toughest of the three, ranking 15th in PPR points allowed to WRs (34.4 per game) and 3rd in our pass defense power rankings. Miami allows the 3rd-fewest WR points (22.6) despite ranking 29th in our pass defense power ranking. Las Vegas allows the 8th-fewest WR points (27.5) and ranks 5th in our pass defense power ranking. Wilson’s volume keeps him as an every week starter. We will see if Adonai Mitchell returns soon for the Jets as well.
