Harold Fannin Jr finishes outside of TE3 range for a consecutive week. He hauled in just 1 reception for nine yards from three targets on his way to just 1.9 PPR points. The second-year TE has accounted for only 1 reception each of the past two weeks, despite commanding seven targets over that span.
2026 Fantasy Football Impact: WR Breakouts Changed The Outlook
Fannin finished his rookie season as the TE8 at 11.7 PPR points per game while commanding a 21.4% target share, a mark topped by only four other TEs.
Yet six weeks into his second season, he’s producing just 8.9 PPR points per game and sits at TE18, with a 17.4% target share that ranks 14th.
Part of that is due to the breakouts of rookie WRs KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston, who are commanding 20.3% and 19.8% target shares, respectively. That’s a stark difference from last season, as indicated by WR Jerry Jeudy leading Browns WRs with a 20.3% target share compared to just 11.0% this season.
QB Deshaun Watson is also leading a passing offense that’s generating the eighth fewest yards per game.
Even so, Fannin Jr has still shown he can be a high-ranking producer this season, finishing as the TE3 in Week 3 with 24.1 PPR points.
The Browns face a Titans defense in Week 7 that’s allowing the 12th fewest points to TEs.
