Texans QB C.J. Stroud posted 312 yards, 3 TDs, and 1 INT in Sunday’s narrow win over Jacksonville, finishing as the QB3 ahead of Monday Night Football. It gives him two top-three fantasy finishes over the past three weeks.
Marvin Harrison Jr. made his Texans debut but managed just 3 catches for 34 yards on an 11.7% target share. Jaylin Noel instead paced the passing game with 107 yards and a score, highlighted by a 13-yard TD from Stroud in stride.
TE Foster Moreau added two more TDs, while Stroud’s underlying play matched the box score. He led Week 6 passers in completion rate over expected (+12.8%) and EPA per dropback (+0.31). He also went 11 of 13 for 147 yards and 2 TDs under pressure.
Stroud will remain a QB1 option this week against a Giants unit that’s provided a favorable matchup for the position, per our Strength of Schedule page. Houston will then enter a Week 8 bye.
