Jadarian Price returned from IR to lead the Seahawks backfield with 10 carries. He turned it into a team-high 29 rushing yards while adding 8 more yards on 2 receptions to finish with 5.7 PPR points. His fringe RB3 finish against the Bears defense remains a promising sign for the first-round rookie in just his fourth career game.
2026 Fantasy Football Impact: Price Reclaims Lead Duties
Price missed the past four weeks following a chest injury that landed him on IR but he instantly led the Seahawks RBs upon his return. His 29 rushing yards and 8 receiving yards were both good enough to lead the backfield in Week 8.
RB Zach Charbonnet handled 6 carries for 23 yards in his season debut following an ACL injury that prematurely ended his season last year.
While RB Emanuel Wilson, who rushed for at least 20 attempts in three of the past four weeks, didn’t account for a single carry and was even out-carried by RB George Holani.
The early indication is that Price will handle most of the rushing workload moving forward, but with Charbonnet still plenty involved, there might not be enough volume for consistent RB2 production.
Price will face a Cardinals defense in Week 9 that he’s faced before, accounting for a season-high 13 rush attempts while matching his 52 rushing yards in their previous meeting.
