Weather will be a factor in today's Steelers-Packers game.  The forecast calls for snow throughout the day with winds at 12 mph at kickoff.  It's just another reason for the Packers to pound RB Eddie Lacy.  We nudged QB Ben Roethlisberger and WR Antonio Brown down our Week 16 Rankings, although Pittsburgh's short passing game should be fine.

The forecast for today's Steelers-Browns game is 25 degrees, 19 mph winds and a 50% chance of snow showers.  This projected as a low-scoring game anyways, and those conditions won't help the offenses.  Pittsburgh's short passing game shouldn't be impacted, though.  Downgrade WR Josh Gordon slightly, but he's still a solid WR2 play in fantasy.

Patriots CB Aqib Talib (hip) is inactive for the 3rd straight game.  His absence is bad news for the New England team D and good news for Steelers WR Antonio Brown.  Go ahead and play the Pats as your fantasy D if you already planned to, though.  Pittsburgh still presents plenty of upside.

Steelers WR Antonio Brown reportedly confronted OC Todd Haley about his role in the offense during Monday night's game against the Bengals.  Brown was targeted just 3 times in the 1st half.  He saw 6 looks in the 2nd.  As we saw with Dolphins WR Mike Wallace last week, the squeaky wheel usually gets the grease.  Look for Brown to get involved early and often against the Bears on Sunday night.  Until Pittsburgh's offense gets going, though, he's just a WR3 in fantasy.

Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger revealed that OC Todd Haley made changes to the offense this offseason.  “There's been some changes this offseason in some of the offensive philosophies, playbook and some things that I think are good,” Big Ben said. “It's some compromise from all the different position coaches, the running back coaches, the line, and quarterback coaches. I think we've taken a little bit of everything and made it a lot better.”  Roethlisberger wouldn't provide any additional details, saying only, “You'll have to wait until the first game."  With the loss of WR Mike Wallace and the addition of RB Le'Veon Bell, we're guessing the Steelers will run it more and use more of the short passing game in 2013.  That would obviously bode well for Bell and would also suit WR Antonio Brown's game.  We'll be keeping an eye on the new offense in training camp and preseason action.

Steelers HC Mike Tomlin announced that QB Ben Roethlisberger (shoulder, ribs) will start against the Chargers this weekend.  “He has been above the line in all areas,” Tomlin said after Thursday's practice. “Really, the only question we can’t answer is taking a hit. Obviously that will be answered in the stadium on Sunday. I am extremely comfortable with his ability to work the field both vertically and horizontally. He has great velocity on his ball. We’re ready to go.”  Besides Big Ben still needing to take a hit, the fact that he's returning from an injury to his throwing shoulder makes him an extremely risky fantasy start.  We'd leave him on the bench 1 more week.  Roethlisberger's return is good news for WRs Mike Wallace and Antonio Brown though.

As expected, Steelers WR Antonio Brown (ankle) is active for today's game against the Ravens.  The ankle shouldn't be an issue, but QB play will be.  Brown is a shaky WR3 in fantasy.

Steelers WR Antonio Brown (ankle) put in a full week of practice and is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Ravens.  He should be just about back to 100%.  But with Charlie Batch under center, Brown is no better than a WR3 in fantasy.

Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (shoulder, ribs) has been ruled out for this weekend's game against the Ravens.  It's a bit surprising that the team isn't giving him a shot to prove he's ready to play by Sunday -- and is a sign that he's not particularly close to a return.  Consider Big Ben questionable for Week 14.  Meanwhile, QB Charlie Batch gets another start.  That makes all of Pittsburgh's pass-catchers shaky fantasy options.

Steelers WR Antonio Brown (ankle) put in a full practice on Wednesday.  It's confirmation that he'll return for this weekend's game against the Ravens.  But his fantasy outlook hinges on whether or not QB Ben Roethlisberger can play. 

Steelers HC Mike Tomlin confirmed that WR Antonio Brown (ankle) is expected back for Sunday's showdown against the Ravens.  Brown was limited in practice all last week, so he should be nearing full strength now.  But his fantasy status hinges on Pittsburgh's QB situation.  If it's Charlie Batch under center again, Brown will be tough to trust.  But if Ben Roethlisberger returns, Brown can be plugged back into fantasy lineups.

Pro Football Talk hears from a league source that Steelers WR Antonio Brown (ankle) won't play against the Browns today.  He put in a limited week of practice and was listed as questionable on the injury report, but a Week 13 return against the Ravens always seemed more likely.  Look for Emmanuel Sanders to get another start opposite Mike Wallace today.  Sanders is just a low-end WR3 with Charlie Batch under center.

According to Steelers insider Ed Bouchette, WR Antonio Brown (ankle) had an encouraging workout on Tuesday.  It sounds like he has a shot to return for this weekend's game against the Browns, although we wouldn't be surprised if the team held him out 1 more week in preparation for a Week 13 showdown with the Ravens.  Brown has now been out 2 weeks with that ankle injury.  He'll only be a WR3 until QB Ben Roethlisberger is back under center.

Steelers WR Antonio Brown (ankle) is out for Sunday night's game against the Ravens. He wasn't able to practice at all this week, so a Week 12 return is looking iffy. WR Emmanuel Sanders will get another start, but he's a shaky fantasy bet with Byron Leftwich under center.

Steelers WR Antonio Brown (ankle) will sit out Wednesday and Thursday before being evaluated on Friday.  The team is still holding out hope that he'll be available for Sunday night's showdown with the Ravens, but the odds are slim.  Fantasy owners should be preparing to be without Brown for at least 1 more week.

Steelers HC Mike Tomlin considers WR Antonio Brown (ankle) "questionable" for Sunday night's game against the Ravens.  It's still unclear whether or not Brown is dealing with a high-ankle sprain.  He didn't seem overly confident on Tuesday, though, admitting that the ankle is "not quite where I want it to be."  Pittsburgh may push him to get on the field for a huge game against Baltimore, but Brown would only be a WR3 with QB Ben Roethlisberger out.
