The Texans have agreed to a 1-year deal with WR Chester Rogers, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Rogers posted a 30-301-1 receiving line in 16 games with the Titans last year after 4 seasons with the Colts. His career highs came in 2018: 72 targets, 53 receptions, 485 yards, 2 TDs (tied). Houston's WR need grew with rookie John Metchie's leukemia diagnosis. Don't bet on an impactful season for Rogers, though.

The Titans have placed WR A.J. Brown on IR for his chest injury. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that it's not expected to end his season, so we should see him back at some point in December. But the earliest he can return is Week 16. Tennessee has its bye next week. That means Brown will -- at best -- make it back for the final 2 weeks of most fantasy leagues' seasons. If you play in a league with tight roster restrictions, Brown might be a drop candidate. Julio Jones will be eligible to come off IR after the bye. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Chester Rogers will lead the group this week, with Marcus Johnson out.

Titans WR A.J. Brown (chest) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Patriots. He didn't practice all week, so his status for Week 13 and beyond is uncertain. WRs Julio Jones and Marcus Johnson are also out, leaving Tennessee with WRs Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Dez Fitzpatrick and Chester Rogers. It's a very tough spot for Ryan Tannehill against the league's 2nd-ranked QB defense.

Titans WR Marcus Johnson (hamstring) has been placed on IR and is done for the season. He'd been the replacement for WR Julio Jones, who's out for at least 1 more game. WR A.J. Brown is also dealing with a chest injury. Tennessee's healthy WRs are Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Dez Fitzpatrick and Chester Rogers. The team signed WR Golden Tate to the practice squad on Tuesday.

Colts WR Chester Rogers will likely miss the rest of the season after fracturing his knee in Sunday's loss to the Titans, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. That leaves Zach Pascal, Marcus Johnson and Ashton Dulin as Indianapolis' healthy WRs. We'll see if T.Y. Hilton (calf) and Parris Campbell (hand) can make it back for Week 14. The WR corps has an excellent matchup against the Bucs on Sunday.

Colts WR Chester Rogers was knocked out of Sunday's game against the Titans with a knee injury. Already without WRs T.Y. Hilton, Parris Campbell and Devin Funchess, the Colts are are down to WRs Zach Pascal, Marcus Johnson and rookie Ashton Dulin.

Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) is out for Sunday’s game against the Dolphins. He's expected to miss another game or 2 beyond Week 10. With WR Parris Campbell (hand) also out, Indy is down to WRs Zach Pascal, Chester Rogers and Deon Cain. Pascal led the group in snaps and routes last week and is a viable WR3 in Sunday's plus matchup.

Colts WR Parris Campbell fractured his hand in Sunday's loss to the Steelers, HC Frank Reich said. The rookie will undergo surgery and "miss some time," Reich said. The team is hoping not to place him on IR, but Campbell figures to miss multiple weeks. It's unfortunate timing as he was in line to assume a bigger role with T.Y. Hilton out with his calf injury. The Colts are now down to Zach Pascal, Chester Rogers and Deon Cain as their healthy WRs. We'll see if Devin Funchess is ready to return from his broken collarbone.

Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) is out for Sunday's game against the Steelers. HC Frank Reich said Friday that Hilton hurt his calf on Wednesday and could miss 3 weeks. His absence leaves Zach Pascal, Chester Rogers, Parris Campbell and Deon Cain as Indy's top 4 WRs in Pittsburgh this weekend. Pascal is the best fantasy bet after leading those other 3 in snaps and routes last week, but he's no better than a WR4. Downgrade QB Jacoby Brissett without Hilton.

Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (quad) is inactive for today’s game against the Raiders. That leaves WRs Deon Cain, Parris Campbell, Zach Pascal and Chester Rogers atop the depth chart. Cain and Campbell are the most exciting options but are really only in play for DFS tournaments.

The Colts ended up listing WR T.Y. Hilton (quad) as doubtful on the final Week 4 injury report. So it looks like he'll be held out of Sunday's game against the Raiders. That leaves Deon Cain, Parris Campbell, Zach Pascal and Chester Rogers as Indy's top 4 WRs. Cain led the group in snaps last week and is the best fantasy bet. But you should avoid this situation outside of DFS tournaments.

The Colts have placed WR Devin Funchess on IR with his broken collarbone. That knocks him out until at least Week 10, so Funchess can be dropped in redraft leagues. We'll see who picks up his snaps going forward. The 6'2, 202-pound Deon Cain might be a sneaky bet. Parris Campbell, Chester Rogers and Zach Pascal are other candidates.

Colts WR Chester Rogers has signed his 2nd-round restricted free agent tender and will stay with Indy for the 2019 season. Rogers spent 2018 as the Colts' primary slot WR and should fit easily into that role again, between T.Y. Hilton and free-agent addition Devin Funchess. Rogers ranked 4th on last year's team with 72 targets, 11.2% of the team total. He'll be tough to count on for any more than that with Funchess arriving and TE Jack Doyle returning from injury. Tendering Rogers at the 2nd-round level, however, shows the Colts didn't want him to leave.

Colts WR Dontrelle Inman (shoulder, finger) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Texans. WR Zach Pascal (knee) is also listed as questionable. He was sidelined on Tuesday, limited on Wednesday and a full-go on Thursday. We're expecting both of these guys to play but will find out for sure around 3 pm ET on Saturday. WR Ryan Grant (toe) has been ruled out.

Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) is out for Sunday's game against the Jets. He didn't practice all week and his status beyond Week 6 remains unclear. It's worth noting that Indy's bye isn't until Week 9. Chester Rogers and Ryan Grant will continue to serve as the team's top 2 WRs.

Colts HC Frank Reich labeled WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) and TE Jack Doyle (hip) "week-to-week." That doesn't sound promising for their chances of playing against the Jets on Sunday. Hilton's absence would again leave Chester Rogers and Ryan Grant as Indy's top 2 WRs -- and low-end fantasy options in PPR leagues. And Doyle's absence would mean another big workload for TE Eric Ebron.

As expected, Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring, chest) has been ruled out for Thursday night's game against the Patriots. We'll see if he can get back for Week 6. Hilton's absence leaves Ryan Grant, Chester Rogers and Zach Pascal as the Colts' top 3 WRs.

Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) did not participate in the team's Tuesday walkthrough, according to insider George Bremer. HC Frank Reich seemed to confirm earlier in the day that Hilton won't play against the Patriots on Thursday night. 'We'll miss TY, but at the same time you’ve just got to have the next-man-up mentality," Reich said. The Colts will roll with Ryan Grant, Chester Rogers and Zach Pascal as their top 3 WRs.

Colts rookie WR Deon Cain suffered an ACL tear in Thursday night's game against the Seahawks and will miss the rest of the season. The 6th-round pick had been building buzz since the spring and appeared en route to immediate impact on the offense. His injury likely solidifies Ryan Grant's status as the #2 wideout and leaves opportunity for WR Chester Rogers -- along with other new targets such as TE Eric Ebron and rookie RB Nyheim Hines. Cain remains an attractive dynasty stash. He turned 22 this week.

Colts HC Frank Reich said Sunday that Ryan Grant has "separated" from the pack in the competition for the team's #2 WR job. Chester Rogers has reportedly struggled early in camp, and rookie Deon Cain has "leveled off of late" after a strong start, according to the Indy Star's Zak Keefer. This battle isn't over yet. But if you're taking a shot on a Colts WR late in your draft, Grant looks like your guy for now.
