Broncos WR Cody Latimer told The Denver Post that he's feeling good physically heading into his 3rd season after taking good care of his body in the offseason. As for the mental side, the former 2nd-round pick also says he has gained confidence. “I was very hesitant,” he said of his first two NFL seasons. “Was worried about what everybody thought — was Peyton (Manning) going to be mad, was coach going to be mad. I was very nervous out there. Going out here now, especially in my third year, I’m confident in myself. I know what I can do. I just go out there and make plays.” That can certainly only help a player who has caught just 8 total passes over his 1st 2 seasons. Latimer will have to continue proving himself before fantasy football owners can expect any relevance. But WR Bennie Fowler will now miss at least a few weeks after suffering an elbow fracture, according to the Post, which should leave Latimer in the lead for the #3 role. That's not an exciting spot in an offense with Mark Sanchez and Trevor Siemian competing to start at QB. But Latimer's a no-risk shot at the end of your draft with plenty of physical ability.
