Titans RB Dontrell Hilliard (neck) won't play vs. the Chargers this weekend, HC Mike Vrabel said Monday. We'll see if Hilliard misses time beyond Week 15. He's played a passing-down role for Tennessee this season, averaging 2.2 targets per game. His absence will give a slight boost to RB Derrick Henry's receiving projection.

Titans RB Dontrell Hilliard is questionable to return to Sunday's game vs. the Jaguars with a neck injury. We'll update his status when we know more. Hilliard's absence might mean more passing-down work for RB Derrick Henry.

Titans RB Derrick Henry racked up 128 yards on 30 carries (4.3 per rush) in Sunday's win over the Colts. He added 3 receptions (on 3 targets) for 10 yards, in a game where no Tita caught more than 3 passes. Tennessee also scored no offensive TDs, relying on 4 FGs and an INT-return TD for all of its scoring. RB Dontrell Hilliard chimed in for just 1 carry and 2 catchless targets. It was Henry's 4th straight game of 20+ carries and 3rd straight outing over 100 yards.

Titans RB Derrick Henry ran for 102 yards and a pair of TDs on 28 carries in Sunday's win over the Commanders. It was his 2nd straight game with 100+ rushing yards and 4th consecutive game with a TD. Henry also added 30 yards on 2 receptions. Dontrelle Hilliard ranked 2nd on the team with 5 targets for the game, catching 4 for 23 yards and a TD. He has edged Henry in pass routes each of the past 2 weeks. He has just 5 carries through 4 games, though, and isn't really a standalone fantasy option (despite the 3 TDs in 4 games.

Titans QB Ryan Tannehill had a modestly efficient game in Sunday's win over the Colts. He completed 17 of 21 passes for 137 yards (6.5 per attempt) and 2 TDs. Tannehill found WR Robert Woods and rookie TE Chig Okonkwo for his 2 scores. Woods and RB Dontrell Hilliard tied for the team lead with 4 catches apiece. Okonkwo's 3 receptions tied RB Derrick Henry for the next spot, even though Okonkwo trailed both Geoff Swaim and Austin Hooper in routes. WR Treylon Burks left early with a left foot injury.

Titans RB Dontrell Hilliard (hamstring) practiced all week and isn't listed on the final injury report. He'll be back in a passing-down role vs. the Raiders on Sunday but isn't a viable fantasy play.

The Titans have ruled RB Dontrell Hilliard (hamstring) out for Monday night's game against the Bills. That should position rookie Hassan Haskins as the #2 RB, though Trenton Cannon and Julius Chestnut could factor in as well. None is likely to get enough touches to be fantasy relevant.

Titans RB Dontrell Hilliard (hamstring) has yet to practice this week. We’ll see if he’s able to get out there on Saturday and how he’s listed on the final injury report for Monday night’s game vs. the Bills. Hilliard’s absence might mean a few extra passing-down snaps for RB Derrick Henry.

Titans RB Derrick Henry got the carries expected (21) in Sunday's narrow loss to the Giants but managed just 82 yards (3.9 per rush) for a lackluster fantasy outing. He added 0 catches on just 1 target and watched RB Dontrell Hilliard score both of Tennesssee's TDs. Hilliard found the end zone on receptions of 7 and 23 yards as part of a 3-61 receiving line on 4 targets. He added just 2 carries. No other Titans RB touched the ball.

Titans RB coach Tony Dews gave his assessment of rookie RB Hassan Haskins. “Hassan has been a pleasure to work with,” Dews said of the Michigan product. "In the classroom portion, he puts in work. He works hard, he studies the game. And out here on the field, obviously we're in shorts and a big part of his game is his power, the way he runs with the ball. But I am excited to see him as we get going and we get into camp and get pads on and those kinds of things…at this point I am just looking for him to continue to get better each day as he we come out here and work on his skillset.” Haskins will battle veteran Dontrell Hilliard for the #2 job behind Derrick Henry. If Henry misses games, Haskins would project to share the early-down carries with Hilliard handling passing downs.

Jim Wyatt of the team website says RB Dontrell Hilliard "has gotten a lot of work this offseason" and been impressive. Wyatt's report highlighted a pair of TD catches from QB Ryan Tannehill in 7-on-7s, which means that Hilliard is mixing in regularly with the starters. Tennessee has showed us that we shouldn't seek fantasy value from the #2 RB as long as Derrick Henry is healthy. Hilliard wound up sharing backfield work after Henry went down last year, though. He tallied a 131-yard rushing day at New England and an 8-catch outing vs. Houston. The Titans have since shed last year's backfield target leader, Jeremy McNichols, and the #2 in carries, D'Onta Foreman. Fourth-round rookie RB Hassan Haskins sits 21 spots ahead of Hilliard in positional ADP on Underdog right now. That makes Hilliard a potential differentiator at the end of best-ball tournament drafts. We'll see how his role develops through summer.

The Titans waived RB Jeremy McNichols. It’s a predictable move, as Tennessee is set to welcome Derrick Henry (foot) back for the postseason. D’Onta Foreman and Dontrell Hilliard will fill out the depth chart behind Henry. A Titans win on Sunday locks up the #1 seed — and a 1st-round bye.

Titans RB Jeremy McNichols (concussion) put in a full week of practice and isn’t listed on the final injury report. He’ll return for Sunday’s game vs. the Jaguars after missing the last 2. It’s unclear what McNichols’ role will be alongside RBs D’Onta Foreman and Dontrelle Hilliard. Foreman is the best fantasy bet among the trio.

Titans RB Jeremy McNichols (concussion) put in a full practice on Wednesday. That puts him on track to return for this weekend's game vs. the Jaguars -- and makes Tennessee's backfield a lot tougher to project. RBs D'Onta Foreman and Dontrelle Hillard both topped 100 rushing yards in the Titans' last game, with McNichols sidelined. It's unclear how McNichols will fit into the picture now. Foreman's "big-back" role seems relatively safe. McNichols and Hilliard might cannibalize each other.

Titans RB Jeremy McNichols (concussion) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Patriots. That leaves Tennessee’s backfield to D’Onta Foreman and Dontrelle Hilliard. Foreman figures to lead in carries, with Hilliard handling most of the passing downs. Neither is an exciting fantasy play vs. a tough New England defense.

The Titans released RB Adrian Peterson. This could be the end of the road for the 36-year-old, who averaged just 3.0 yards on 27 attempts over the past 3 weeks. Tennessee will move forward with RBs D'Onta Foreman, Dontrelle Hilliard and Jeremy McNichols for as long as Derrick Henry is out.

Titans RB Derrick Henry suffered a "potentially" season-ending foot injury in yesterday's win over the Colts, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. "Henry is undergoing an MRI today to determine the full extent of the damage," Schefter adds. We'll update Henry's status as soon as we know more, but this injury obviously has major fantasy implications. Tennessee only has RBs Jeremy McNichols and Dontrell Hilliard behind Henry on the depth chart right now. RB Mekhi Sargent is on the practice squad. None of those guys are fit to handle anywhere close to Henry's volume. The Titans could add a RB before Tuesday's trade deadline. But we'll likely see them shift significantly toward the pass for as long as Henry is sidelined. It's good news for QB Ryan Tannehill and WR A.J. Brown.

Browns RB Dontrell Hilliard (concussion) put in a full week of practice and isn’t listed on the final injury report. He figures to step back in as Cleveland’s #2 RB but isn’t a fantasy option.
