TE Jacob Tamme has signed a 3-year, $9 million deal to reunite with QB Peyton Manning in Denver. Tamme has been with Manning the past 4 seasons, including a 67-catch, 631-yard campaign back in 2010.  He's a similar player to TE Joel Dreessen, who the Broncos added this morning.  Tamme's familiarity with Manning gives him a leg up for the starting job, but neither guy is likely to produce as more than a mid-range TE2.

He can play obviously wide receiver. He can play in the slot. He's a pretty versatile performer.”  Keep your expectations in check though -- Tamme has just 6 career receptions.  Consider him a low-end TE2 for now.
