Browns CB Joe Haden is inactive for today's game against the Chargers. The FOX scroll listed him with a finger injury, though his ribs seemed to be a bigger concern coming out of last week's loss to the Raiders. Either way, you'll need to replace him in IDP lineups if you had planned to use him.

The Browns will get LB Karlos Dansby back today against the Panthers after he missed the past 4 games with a knee sprain. It 's tough to know whether the Browns will return him to his full role, though, or whether Dansby's knee will hold up. That makes him a risky IDP play, albeit one with upside. His return also makes it tough to use replacement Craig Robertson, who has delivered strong fantasy numbers in Dansby's absence. Cleveland will be without CB Joe Haden, who's inactive with a shoulder injury.

UPDATE: Dansby will reportedly start in his usual MLB spot, with Robertson starting at weak ILB over Chris Kirksey. We'd lean Robertson as the safest IDP option, with Dansby bringing the highest ceiling.

Browns CB Joe Haden left Sunday's game at Cincinnati in the 1st half with a shoulder injury. The team initially deemed his return questionable but then ruled him out early in the 2nd half. CB Justin Gilbert also left the game with a head injury, leaving depleted a secondary already playing without 4th CB K'Waun Williams and FS Tashaun Gipson.

The Browns surprised viewers by trading back up to 8 after moving down to 9 to select Oklahoma State CB Justin Gilbert.  Evaluators credit the former Cowboy with strong cover skills, though his tackling doesn't match that of former Michigan State CB Darqueze Dennard.  Playing across from Browns CB Joe Haden can only help Gilbert's IDP value.  We'll see if that can push the rookie into drafting range in our 2014 IDP rankings.  His arrival should help the Cleveland pass D and team D in general for fantasy purposes.

Haden reportedly tested positive for Adderall, a substance on the banned list. It's a huge loss for the Browns but an expected loss for many IDP owners with CB -specific lineup spots. If you don't already have a replacement rostered, it shouldn't be hard to find one.
