Pittsburgh will be the best offense Hunter has played in, but he's still a long shot to emerge as a fantasy factor. If Martavis Bryant is reinstated, Hunter figures to battle with Sammie Coates for the #4 spot on the depth chart behind Bryant, Antonio Brown and Eli Rogers.

Bills WRs Robert Woods (knee) and WR Percy Harvin (migraines) are out for this weekend’s game against the Raiders. That leaves Marquise Goodwin and Justin Hunter behind Sammy Watkins, who isn’t expected to play a full slate of snaps.

The Bills have placed WR Sammy Watkins on IR with the foot injury that has rendered him all but useless to this point. We don't yet know if this will end his season, as Buffalo doesn't need to decide yet whether to designate him to return. But Watkins can be dropped in most redraft leagues that don't have an IR spot. The Bills added WR Justin Hunter on Friday, but Robert Woods is the 1st option off waivers. Even he brings a fairly low fantasy ceiling, though. This is a situation to try to avoid. Watkins' status pushes Tyrod Taylor to the bottom of QB2 territory as well.

The Dolphins have claimed WR Justin Hunter off waivers from the Titans. It's hard to imagine things finally clicking for the former 2nd-round pick, who got plenty of chances in Tennessee. But the talent that made him a high pick makes him worth keeping an eye on under HC Adam Gase.

The Titans have released RB Bishop Sankey. The 2014 2nd-rounder was a colossal bust, averaging 3.8 yards per carry with 4 total TDs across 2 seasons in Tennessee. He was buried on the depth chart all summer. Sankey figures to get another shot elsewhere -- we've heard him linked to the Patriots -- but is well off the fantasy radar for now. Titans WR Justin Hunter fractured his right ankle in Sunday's loss to the Panthers.  That'll very likely end his 2015 season.  Hunter caught 22 balls in 9 games and has 1 year left on his rookie deal.  Tennessee is left with Harry Douglas and Dorial Green-Beckham atop the depth chart.  We'll see if WR Kendall Wright can return from his knee injury for Thursday night's game against the Jaguars.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Titans WR Kendall Wright sprained his MCL in Sunday's loss to the Texans.  "His doesn't sound nearly as bad Le'Veon Bell's," Schefter adds.  This could still be a multi-week injury, though.  We should learn more later today.  Wright's absence would leave Justin Hunter and Dorial Green-Beckham as Tennessee's top 2 WRs.  Harry Douglas (ribs) has yet to return to practice.

Titans insider John Glennon notes that WR Justin Hunter has “picked up his game over the past several days of training camp.” Hunter’s also flashed supreme athleticism by making a “handful” of impressive catches, per Glennon. The 24-year-old is no stranger to lighting it up in camp. In fact, he enjoyed a strong preseason last year, hauling in 10 balls for 217 yards and 2 scores. Consistency is the key, and we’ve yet to see it from Hunter. While he’s on the deep league radar – especially in “best ball” leagues – Tennessee’s crowded WR corps figures to cap his upside.

Titans WR coach Shawn Jefferson has seen improvement from WR Justin Hunter in the mental side of the game.  The praise is especially noteworthy coming from Jefferson because he's been notoriously tough on Hunter over the last couple of years.    ESPN's Paul Kuharsky agrees that Hunter has been "more consistent" in camp so far.  We still want to see Hunter produce when it actually counts.  And, of course, he could be facing a suspension for his July 3rd assault charge.  But Hunter is worth keeping an eye on.  He's a 6'4, 205-pounder with 4.4 speed who just turned 24.  Tennessee's WR depth chart is wide open behind Kendall Wright.

The Titans expect WR Justin Hunter to report when training camp opens next week, according to ESPN's Ed Werder.  The team "will let legal process play out" after Hunter was arrested for assault earlier this week.  Tennessee clearly isn't ready to throw in the towel on a former 2nd-rounder with plenty of size and athleticism.  Hunter has been a disappointment through his first 2 seasons, though, and will battle with Dorial Green-Beckham and Hakeem Nicks for a starting spot this summer.  He's also likely facing a suspension.

The Virginian-Pilot reports that Titans WR Justin Hunter has been arrested and charged with felonious assault in Virginia. The charge stems from a July 3 brawl that police had to break up. We'll see how this situation plays out for Hunter, who hasn't had off-the-field troubles since entering the NFL. It certainly won't help a player who has yet to deliver on his intriguing talent in a league increasingly sensitive to violent off-field offenses.

Titans WR Justin Hunter is currently tipping the scales at 205 pounds and is hoping to get up to 210 by the start of the season.  He played last year in the 190s, according to insider Jim Wyatt, and checked into the 2013 Combine at 196.  It's a significant weight gain that hopefully won't cost Hunter any speed.  2015 is a big year for the former 2nd-round pick.  He's missed 6 games over his first 2 seasons and totaled just 56 catches.  Tennessee added WRs Dorial Green-Beckham, Tre McBride, Hakeem Nicks and Harry Douglas this offseason.  At this point, Hunter is just a late-round flier in best-ball drafts.
