Chark at least looks like a guy who can bring big-play ability to Jacksonville. But he’ll need to refine the other parts of his game — notably his route running and hands — if he wants to turn into more than a boom-or-bust fantasy option. Chark joins a crowded Jaguars WR group that also includes Marqise Lee, Dede Westbrook, Donte Moncrief and Keelan Cole.
