Ravens HC John Harbaugh labeled WR Marquise Brown (ankle) a game-time decision for Sunday's tilt with the Bengals. The rookie didn't practice all week, and Harbaugh admitted that he was surprised Brown was unable to practice on Friday. We'll get his official status by noon ET on Sunday. He'll be a risk/reward fantasy play if active. If not, Baltimore will be down to WRs Willie Snead, Miles Boykin, Seth Roberts and Chris Moore.

WR Seth Roberts has inked a deal with the Ravens. The former Raider never reached 500 yards across 5 seasons in Oakland. But he has a good shot to see a bunch of playing time in a Ravens WR corps that's currently headed by Willie Snead and Chris Moore. We'll see what else Baltimore adds to the position this offseason. Of course, there won't be much fantasy production to go around in what figures to be the league's run-heaviest offense.

The Raiders have released WR Seth Roberts. Oakland has completely remade its WR corps this offseason and will now trot out Antonio Brown and Tyrell Williams on the outside with Ryan Grant and J.J. Nelson vying for the #3 job. Roberts never reached 500 yards in 5 seasons with the Raiders and is averaging a ho-hum 11.6 yards per catch. He should latch on elsewhere but is unlikely to be a 2019 fantasy factor.

Raiders WR Martavis Bryant (knee) is inactive for today’s game against the Chiefs. Jordy Nelson, Marcell Ateman and Seth Roberts will again serve as Oakland's top 3 WRs.

Raiders WR Martavis Bryant (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs. He didn't practice all week, though, so we'd be surprised if he played. Look for Jordy Nelson, Marcell Ateman and Seth Roberts to again serve as Oakland's top 3 WRs.

Raiders WR Jordy Nelson (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Cardinals. He didn’t practice all week, though, so don’t bank on him playing. With WR Martavis Bryant (knee) also out, Brandon LaFell and Seth Roberts figure to serve as Oakland’s top 2 WRs.

Update: The Raiders have downgraded Nelson to out.

Raiders WR Jordy Nelson is in danger of missing Sunday's game against the Cardinals after suffering a knee bruise last weekend, HC Jon Gruden said. The 33-year-old Nelson has no reason to push through this injury in Oakland's lost season. The Raiders will also be without WR Martavis Bryant (knee), leaving Brandon LaFell and Seth Roberts atop the depth chart.

The Raiders have traded WR Amari Cooper to the Cowboys in exchange for a 1st-round pick. That's a massive price to pay for a guy who's been more disappointing than not since the start of the 2017 campaign. Of course, Cooper is still just 24, has a 1st-round resume and has certainly flashed upside. This isn't exactly a great landing spot, though. Cooper will be the clear #1 option in Dallas' passing game, but the Cowboys rank 31st in pass rate. Plus, it tends to be tough for WRs to settle into new offenses mid-season. Consider Cooper a WR3 for now. Oakland, meanwhile, is left with Jordy Nelson, Martavis Bryant and Seth Roberts atop the WR depth chart.

Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that the Raiders "fear potential NFL discipline might be imminent" for WR Martavis Bryant. Gehlken said the team refused to comment but that it is "awaiting final word on the situation" which is "believed to pertain to the NFL's substance-abuse policy." Bryant, of course, already lost the whole 2016 season to a drug suspension. So it's hard to imagine any further discipline in that area would be light. If Bryant goes down for a significant stretch, then Jordy Nelson would likely get pushed back outside from his slot role. That would leave Seth Roberts and Ryan Switzer to compete for snaps inside. We'll see how this one plays out.

The Raiders have signed WR Cordarrelle Patterson to a 2-year deal. A mega-bust former 1st-rounder, Patterson failed to reach 500 yards or 5 TDs in any of his 4 seasons in Minnesota. He actually set a career high with 52 catches this past year, but they amounted to just 453 yards (8.7 YPC) and 2 TDs. Now he joins a Raiders squad that saw WRs Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree hog 46.5% of the targets last season. Patterson will battle for the #3 WR gig with Seth Robert, who garnered just 12.9% of the targets (77 total) in 2016. Patterson is unlikely to come into fantasy value in Oakland, outside of return-yardage leagues.
