The Lions are placing WR Tyrell Williams on IR for the concussion that kept him out of Monday night's game in Green Bay. That means the veteran receiver will miss at least 3 more contests. Quintez Cephus led Detroit wideouts in targets and worked well ahead of the rest of the group in playing time against the Packers. On top of that, he looks like the best player among them to date. Kalif Raymond and rookie Amon-Ra St. Brown checked in close to each other as the 2nd and 3rd WRs in Green Bay, claiming 63% and 60% of the offensive snaps, respectively.

Lions WR Tyrell Williams (concussion) is out for Sunday's game against the Ravens. The early-rule out 10 days after the concussion is concerning. With Williams out last week, Quintez Cephus led Lions WRs with a 90% route rate, followed by Amon-Ra St. Brown at 72%, Kalif Raymond at 64% and Trinity Benson at 44%. Cephus has opened the season with 3-12-1 and 4-63-1 lines and has worked himself onto the WR4 radar.

Lions WR Tyrell Williams (concussion) is out for Monday night's game vs. the Packers. That leaves Kalif Raymond, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Quintez Cephus and Trinity Benson as Detroit's WRs. TE T.J. Hockenson and RBs D'Andre Swift and Jamaal Williams are good bets to again finish as the team's top 3 target-getters.

Lions WR Tyrell Williams (concussion) has yet to practice this week and is unlikely to play vs. the Packers on Monday night. That’ll leave Detroit with some combination of WRs Kalif Raymond, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Quintez Cephus and Trinity Benson. Avoid.

Lions WR Tyrell Williams entered the concussion protocol after taking a shot to the head in the 3rd quarter of Sunday's loss to the 49ers. We'll see how long it takes him to get back, but expect Williams to miss at least 1 game.

Lions WR Tyrell Williams isn't listed on the Week 1 injury report. He missed some time in late August with a groin injury but is ready for this weekend's opener vs. the 49ers. Williams seems set to open the season as Detroit's clear-cut #1 WR.

Lions WR Tyrell Williams is currently sidelined with a groin injury but is expected back at practice next week, HC Dan Campbell said Wednesday. This doesn't sound like a serious issue, but we'll keep an eye on Williams leading up to Week 1.

Lions WR Tyrell Williams missed some practice time in recent days with a dislocated pinky and "groin tightness," according to Benjamin Raven of MLive.com. Williams said he thought he had broken the finger when he sustained that injury last Tuesday, but he returned to practice the next day. As for the groin issue, HC Dan Campbell indicated the Lions were playing it safe. The veteran's return to Monday practice points to no real concern on this front. Of course, Williams' end-of-draft ADP leaves basically no risk for drafters.

Chargers WR Tyrell Williams (shoulder) is questionable for this weekend’s game against the Bucs. He put in a limited practice on Friday after sitting out the previous 2 days. "I feel good so far,” Williams said after Friday’s workout. “I should be 100 percent by Sunday.” It sounds like Williams will play this weekend, but the shoulder certainly adds risk to his fantasy outlook.
