Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (ankle) is not listed on the final injury report for this weekend’s game vs. the Steelers. Still, we’ll assume Jackson is still not at 100% until we see it on the field. He sits lower than usual in the Week 14 QB rankings.

"I just give him a lot of credit - he's battling each week trying to get healthy enough to be able to play every Sunday," Monken said. "I mean, that's what I see out of him. I see a guy that's battling little nagging injuries, things that are stopping him from being able to get out there every day and practice."

NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported that the Baltimore Ravens have agreed to a three-year, $39.3 million extension with Mark Andrews. The deal includes $26 million fully guaranteed and keeps Andrews in Baltimore through 2028.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson had his third awful fantasy performance in a row going 17-32 for 246 yards and no TDs. On the ground, Jackson only ran six times for 27 yards. He threw one INT and lost two more fumbles in the game. It is the first time in Jackson’s career that he has gone three straight games without a passing TD. His previous two contests ended as QB25 and QB29. He certainly won’t reach the top 24 QBs this week either.

The Ravens placed RB Justice Hill (neck) on IR. He was already ruled out for tonight's game vs. the Bengals but will now be sidelined at least through Week 16. Hill can be dropped in all fantasy leagues. His absence should mean a little extra work for RB Keaton Mitchell, although RB Rasheen Ali also got some of Hill's pass-catching work when he missed Week 11.

Ravens WR Rashod Bateman (ankle) is off the final injury report and will play vs. the Bengals on Thursday night. He's averaged just 22 receiving yards per game this season and shouldn't be in fantasy lineups. But Bateman's return doesn't hurt QB Lamar Jackson's chances of a bounce-back game.

Ravens RB Justice Hill (neck) is out for Thursday night's game vs. the Bengals. RBs Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali basically split Hill's pass-catching role when he missed Week 11. Mitchell carried six times for 31 yards and caught two of three targets for 23 yards in that one. He's still not a viable play in season-long leagues, but Mitchell is in play as a flier in Thanksgiving daily contests.

Ravens WR Rashod Bateman (ankle) was listed as a limited participant in Tuesday's practice. HC John Harbaugh said beforehand that Bateman would be a full-go, but he must not have done quite enough to get the 'full' designation. Regardless, it looks like he has a good chance to return for Thursday night's game vs. the Bengals. Bateman wont be a viable season-long fantasy start in that one, but his field-stretching ability should help a slumping Ravens passing game.

The Baltimore Ravens won their fifth consecutive game, but it was far from an impressive showing for the offense. Baltimore only managed 241 total yards against a Jets' defense that entered Week 12 allowing the fourth-most yards. RB Derrick Henry led the Ravens with 64 rushing yards and two TDs in the Ravens' 23-10 win.

Ravens TE Isaiah Likely (calf) is not listed on the final injury report for this weekend’s game vs. the Jets. He was limited on Thursday and a full participant on Friday after missing Wednesday’s practice. Likely should be ready for his usual role this weekend. The floor is low, but Likely packs some upside with the Ravens implied for 29 points against the Jets.

The forecast for today's Ravens-Browns game calls for sustained winds around 25 mph with gusts between 30-35 mph. That figures to impact play-calling, as well as deep throws and longer kicks. Hopefully you weren't relying too heavily on Cleveland's passing game here, although TEs Harold Fannin and David Njoku could be ok as short-range targets. We're downgrading Baltimore's passing game, but QB Lamar Jackson, WR Zay Flowers, and TE Mark Andrews remain fine fantasy starts. Avoid the kickers in this game. The over/under has dropped from 39.5 on Thursday to 38.5.

His absence could mean more passing-game work for RB Derrick Henry, although RB Keaton Mitchell could also pick up some of Hill's work.
