Rashod Bateman has been arrested and faces three charges stemming from a June incident. The Ravens said in a statement, via ESPN’s Jamison Hensley, “We are aware of the situation involving Rashod and have been in direct communication with him. We notified the league office and have been cooperating throughout the process. As this is a pending legal matter, we will not have further comment.”
2026 Fantasy Football Impact: ADP Keeps Sliding
Bateman is entering Year 6, and there’s optimism that Lamar Jackson will deliver the best passing production of his career under new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle.
In 2024, Bateman commanded a 16.0% target share in the Ravens offense, but this past year that fell to just 12.1%. His PPR fantasy points per game fell from 10.9 to a measly 4.1.
Bateman opens the season behind Zay Flowers on the depth chart in what feels like a make-or-break year.
But rookie Ja’Kobi Lane has come on strong and poses a serious threat to Bateman’s standing in the wide receiver pecking order, and this legal situation is the latest force driving his ADP down.
