Fantasy managers who had planned on using backup QB Jameis Winston in lineups this weekend will need to prepare a pivot move. As for Carr, he's still dealing with a shoulder issue and should be viewed with tempered expectations. The good news is that the Panthers rank 20th in pass-defense DVOA this season and provide a good enough matchup for Carr to net decent QB2 value.
