Eagles TE Dallas Goedert snagged a game-high 8 receptions for 78 yards in Monday night's OT loss to the Chargers. His 10 targets trailed only WR A.J. Brown's 13 in a game that included a season-high 40 Philly pass attempts.

That makes three straight games of 34+ attempts for QB Jalen Hurts, who only hit 30 in consecutive games one other time this season.
The Eagles have averaged 33.4 attempts per game over five weeks since their bye, compared with 26.9 per game before the bye. That volume jump would seem to favor Goedert, but it didn't help him the previous four weeks.
Monday night marked the first time in four games that Goedert caught more than two passes. It was his second game with 4+ catches among his past seven outings and the first time since Week 6 that he exceeded 43 yards.
For the season, Goedert's 18% target share ranks 12th among all TEs. He sits just 18th at the position since Week 10, however. And the remaining matchups don't look especially conducive to TE production.
The Raiders, Commanders, and Bills have allowed the 30th, 19th, and 32nd most receptions to the position this season, respectively.
So can you use Goedert in fantasy the rest of the way? Sure.
Should you? Only if you don't have a better option available.
He's not likely to land among the top 12 TEs in our weekly ranks for those matchups.
