Falcons TE Kyle Pitts was dominant in Thursday night's win over the Buccaneers, racking up 11 catches for 166 yards and three TDs. His 45.6 PPR points were the most by any TE in a game this season and the fifth most by a TE in NFL history. Pitts put the entire repertoire on display in this one. He ran crisp routes, made contested grabs, and picked up big yardage after the catch. He looked like the guy that was the No. 4 pick in the 2021 draft -- and the guy that topped 1,000 receiving yards as a rookie.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
No one could have seen this massive outing coming. But Pitts has been busy and productive with QB Kirk Cousins all season.
He tallied 7-82-0 and 6-90-0 receiving lines in his previous two games. And in Cousins' five starts this season, Pitts is now averaging:
- 8.8 targets (27.3% share)
- 7.0 catches
- 84.4 yards
- 0.6 TDs
Pitts has finished as a top-6 TE in PPR points in four of those five weeks.
It's certainly worth noting that all five of those games have come without WR Drake London. His return would likely take a bite out of Pitts' target share.
But London has yet to return to practice since going down in Week 11 and isn't a lock to return for Week 16 -- or at any point this season.
Plus, Pitts could lose a significant chunk of targets to London and still rank near the top of his position in volume.
Pitts is a locked-in fantasy starter the rest of the way -- and a potential league winner if London remains out.
He gets a plus matchup against Arizona's 24th-ranked TE defense in Week 16, followed by the Rams' 22nd-ranked unit in Week 17.
