Bengals RB Chase Brown racked up 109 total yards and three scores in Sunday's blowout win over Miami. Brown became the first RB with three TDs in a quarter since Joe Mixon did it with the Bengals in 2022. In total, Brown's 32.9 PPR points topped his prior season-high by nearly eight.
What They're Saying
Here's HC Zac Taylor after the win (via Local 12).
"I think Chase is a huge weapon for us. He does a great job with his explosiveness. He is a tremendous match-up in the passing game as well that he probably doesn't get enough credit for. He's won a lot of those choice routes underneath. He caught a (clear out concept) for a touchdown today when he was matched up on a 'backer. He's been a great weapon for us. I'm happy to have him. I'm good with the direction he's heading."
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Credit Brown for a huge Week 16. Miami, though, didn't put up much resistance. In fact, Brown wasn't even touched on two of his three TDs.
The Fins weren't able to plug any holes on a 12-yard TD run up the middle. Brown also went unmarked on a five-yard TD catch after going in motion.
On the day, he remained in a rotation with Samaje Perine. Brown saw 62% of the snaps and 48% of the carries, with Perine seeing 45% and 52%, respectively. Brown held the narrow edge in targets (4 to 3).
Despite not holding a workhorse role, Brown will remain a strong fantasy option for next Sunday's matchup with Arizona. The Cardinals entered the week slotted seventh-worst in adjusted fantasy points allowed to RBs.
