Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Bengals after a limited week of practice. He played through this issue last week and said Friday that he expects to play against Cincinnati. He’s clearly still not at 100%, though, leaving him as a risky Week 17 fantasy start. Harrison was limited to a 61% route rate and three targets last week.
