Multiple insiders expect the Seahawks to deploy another committee backfield in 2026. And that's even before RB Zach Charbonnet is ready to return from his torn ACL. Seattle spent the 32nd pick of this spring's draft on RB Jadarian Price, but RB George Holani and potentially RB Emanuel Wilson are also expected to factor in this season.

The Seahawks are high on George Holani and, by all appearances, plan to give him a good chunk of the work alongside No. 32 overall pick Jadarian Price, but free agent pickup Emanuel Wilson gives them a power runner."
NFL Network's Judy Battista: "It's hard to imagine that they're going to make a rookie the bell cow and give him all the reps. They are blessed with a very deep RB room. They have lots of options."
2026 Fantasy Football Impact: RB27 ADP Looks Risky
The Seahawks frustratingly split work between RB Kenneth Walker and Charbonnet last season and could be primed to annoy fantasy managers again this year.
Price averaged 6.0 yards per carry with strong advanced metrics across three years at Notre Dame. But he never topped 120 carries in a season, playing behind RB Jeremiyah Love, and totaled just 15 catches.
Price is a good bet to lead Seattle in carries this year but could lose high-value touches. Holani assumed a passing-down role after Charbonnet went down last season, catching 4 of 5 targets in the final two playoff games, and could play ahead of Price in those situations this year.
The key to Price paying off his RB27 ADP might be whether he can fend off Holani and Wilson for goal-line work. The 226-pound Wilson might be the biggest threat there.
And then there's Charbonnet. He opened camp on the PUP list and will likely remain there to start the season, costing him at least the first four games. But NFL Network's Mike Garafolo said recently that he doesn't expect Charbonnet to miss much more than that.
"Everybody that I've talked to says this rehab is going extremely well," Garafolo added.
A healthy Charbonnet would play a big role in Seattle's backfield, potentially leaving Price with less work in the second half of the season than the first.
