Ravens HC Jesse Minter made it clear that WR Zay Flowers will be a focal point of new OC Declan Doyle's offense. "I look forward to him getting the ball in as many ways as possible," Minter said. "The more that guy touches the ball, the better we'll be. When you talk about coaches having a vision and a plan, I think our offensive coaches have a great plan and vision for maximizing the best players – Zay certainly being one of those guys."

Considering how good Flowers is and how weak the rest of Baltimore's WR corps is, it'd be a surprise if the Ravens weren't planning on making Flowers a focal point. But it's nice to get confirmation from the new HC.
Flowers finished WR11 in PPR points per game last season despite a down year from Baltimore's offense that stemmed largely from QB Lamar Jackson missing four games and parts of a couple more. He drew a huge 28.0% target share and should be in for similar volume this season.
Flowers improved his target share, targets per route, and yards per route in each of his first three NFL seasons, culminating in a fourth-place finish in yards per route among 76 qualifying WRs last year.

Flowers is one of the safest picks in Round 3 or 4 of fantasy drafts.
