Bijan Robinson has agreed to a three-year extension with the Falcons. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the contract carries a base value of $66.75 million, with a max value of $75 million. That's a range of $22.25 million per year to $25 million. That eclipses Saquon Barkley's previous high for average annual value among RBs at $20.6 million.

It's a deal that was expected and ends Robinson's "hold-in" more than a month before the regular season.
The new money only confirms what we already knew with the Falcons: They're committed to Robinson leading the backfield. Assuming this new deal kicks in for 2027, which would have been the club-option year on Robinson's rookie deal, it'll keep him in Atlanta through 2029. That will be Robinson's age-27 season.
Robinson has sat with Jahmyr Gibbs in the top tier of our RB rankings across fantasy formats all offseason.
His new deal could also set the parameters for Gibbs in Detroit and Jonathan Taylor in Indianapolis to end their respective hold-ins and get extensions.
