Dalton Kincaid Headshot

Most camp health updates focus on injuries that a player is dealing with or returning from. For Bills TE Dalton Kincaid, though, it's worth noting that he has yet to miss a workout. That's because Kincaid spent portions of each of the past two years managing a PCL tear. Last year proved especially rough as Kincaid played just 37.6% of Buffalo's offensive snaps across his 12 games and ranked just 48th among TEs in total routes run. Kincaid still elected to pass on surgery for the PCL this offseason.

What They're Saying: Kincaid Healthy ... So Far

The Athletic's Joe Buscaglia: "The question is whether he can stay healthy, as it's clear that whenever he's on the field, Josh Allen trusts him and isn't shy about looking his way. And to Kincaid's credit, he hasn't missed a practice yet. The big challenge for [HC Joe] Brady will be turning Kincaid into more that just a situational receiving threat. If the Bills can find a way to use him more unpredictably -- and he stays healthy -- the potential is tantalizing. However, we've also been wondering this about Kincaid the last two seasons. So, at this point, you can't believe it until you see it."

2026 Fantasy Football Impact: Fear Injury, Miss Upside

That last line will keep plenty of fantasy drafters from clicking Kincaid's name, and his injury history through three seasons carries clear risk. Our Injury Predictor rates him a "high" risk to miss some time this season.

You can manage that, though, for a guy with a TE12 ADP.

That's high enough that you don't need to target Kincaid. But a late-Round 10 price means you can pivot to a waiver option if he gets hurt without sacrificing big value. And you can even stash another TE later, if your league allows enough roster spots.

If he does stay healthy, Kincaid arguably presents upside into the position's top-6. He ranks among our top fantasy football sleepers for 2026.
