Warren played a full 17-game season last year. This is the first documented injury of Warren’s career, so health shouldn’t be a factor when assessing his outlook this season.
Warren was even more impressive than his 13.2 PPR points per game (PPG) suggested. He was one of just four rookie TEs to command at least a 20% target share and joined Brock Bowers as the only rookies at the position to do so while also posting at least 2.00 yards per team pass attempt.
With Warren back nearly two full weeks before Week 1, there shouldn’t be any hesitation about his opening-weekend projection.
