Eagles TE Dallas Goedert took the field Sunday for the first time since injuring a knee in Week 2. He led the team with 9 targets and 6 catches in the loss to Jacksonville, while gaining a mere 38 yards (6.3 per catch).
2026 Fantasy Football Impact
Philly's offense remains limited efficiency-wise on both the rushing and passing front. So the volume is what matters most here.
Goedert garnered 24.3% of QB Jalen Hurts' targeted passes and accounted for 28.6% of the team's receptions.
Those are numbers he could approximate even after WR DeVonta Smith returns from his multi-week injury. Goedert's a more provenly reliable option than either WR Dontayvion Wicks or rookie WR Makai Lemon, who claimed the two spots behind him in targets Sunday.
The Philly offense now gets a welcome string of favorable matchups before the Week 10 bye:
- vs. Carolina
- vs. Dallas
- at Washington
- vs. N.Y. Giants
Expect to find Goedert at least on the TE1 fringe of our weekly rankings through that stretch.
