2026 Fantasy Football Impact: His Worst Game of the Season

Sunday was a major step back from Watson’s first four games. He entered the week completing 69.6% of his passes for 855 yards, 6 TDs and 2 INTs, at 7.4 yards per attempt and a 101.2 passer rating. His 45.5% completion rate and 4.7 yards per attempt both fell far below those marks. The 8 sacks are the biggest concern, since he had taken only 11 through his first four games. The rushing remains a bright spot. His 40 yards beat his 31.8 per game average coming in. The Jets entered allowing the 2nd-fewest PPR points to QBs (12.6 per game), so a rough day wasn’t a surprise.

Cleveland hosts the Ravens in Week 6, then visits the Titans and Steelers. Baltimore ranks 23rd in PPR points allowed to QBs (15.6 per game) and 7th in our pass defense power rankings. Tennessee allows the 4th-fewest QB points (13.9), but it ranks 31st in our pass defense power rankings. Pittsburgh allows the 5th-fewest QB points (13.9) and ranks 15th in our pass defense power rankings. Watson is a low-end QB2 whose rushing gives him a floor, with the Titans game being a good streaming spot in two weeks.
