Falcons QB Michael Penix suffered a rib injury late in Sunday night's loss to the Ravens and missed overtime. Penix was optimistic afterward that he'd be ready for Week 6, but he's scheduled for an MRI on Monday to get a better look at the damage, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

Penix played well against Baltimore, completing 19 of 32 passes for 240 yards, 1 TD, and 0 INTs. He was replaced by QB Tua Tagovailoa, who completed his first two passes for 34 yards but then tossed a game-ending INT.
Penix's absence would, at minimum, be a big hit to WR Drake London, who's been awesome with Penix. And, considering how negative the reports were on Tagovailoa's training-camp performance, it could be a big hit to the entire offense.
We'll update Penix's status when we know more.
