Bengals WR Tee Higgins (groin/neck) was expected to be on a snap count entering Sunday’s game vs. Miami. He wasn’t a full-time player with a 69% snap rate, but his 82% route rate fell right in line with his season average. The issue: Higgins caught only 2 passes for 22 yards on a 12.5% target share. And he didn't account for any of QB Joe Burrow's 4 TD passes.
2026 Fantasy Football Impact
Higgins looked like he’d sit out Sunday’s game after missing practice on Wednesday and Thursday. He then put in a full session on Friday.
Still, there wasn’t much to see from Higgins. He dropped one short-range target and later had a deep ball in single coverage that was thrown out of reach. That left the 27-year-old with his worst fantasy performance since Week 3 of last season.
We’ll see how much Higgins practices ahead of Week 6, but he appeared to dodge any reinjury against Miami. Next up is a Baltimore secondary that’s allowed a 100-yard receiver in three straight weeks. Higgins will remain a lineup lock.
