Warren ran 17 times for 143 yards and a TD in Pittsburgh’s 27-6 win over Cleveland, good for an RB10 finish. He averaged 8.4 yards per carry, boosted by a 51-yard run, and caught 1 of 2 targets for no yards. 2026 Fantasy Football Impact
Warren played 71% of snaps in the first half, a step up from Week 7. Pittsburgh led by two scores at halftime and rotated backs more in the second half. Warren also appeared to be less than 100% after a pileup on his third-quarter fumble, which the Steelers recovered. Dowdle played eight fourth-quarter snaps to Warren’s three, and Warren finished at 58% of snaps, his lowest rate since Week 1.
Warren dominated Weeks 3–5 while Dowdle was out, then slipped to 75% of snaps in Week 6 and 62% in Week 7. He still finished RB17 in Week 7, running 18 times for 101 yards and catching 3 of 4 targets for 36 yards, after an RB19 finish in Week 6. He entered this week averaging 5.5 yards per carry, and that efficiency has held up even as the snaps have dipped.
Pittsburgh is on bye in Week 9. Week 10 brings Cincinnati, which allows the third-fewest fantasy points to RBs and ranked ninth in our run defense power rankings heading into Week 8 (-19.0 rush DVOA). Philadelphia follows in Week 11, allowing the 17th-most points to RBs and ranking 25th in run defense power. Warren is a high-end RB2 if healthy.
