Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb had surgery Wednesday to remove a bone spur from his left ankle. He's expected to need 7-8 weeks to recover but plans to play again this season. While he's on IR, expect Malik Reed to get primary playing time opposite Von Miller. Reed is an upside matchup play for sack-friendly IDP scoring formats while he's in the lineup.

Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb (ankle) is active for today's game against the Jaguars. Don't be surprised, though, if his snaps are limited in his 1st action of the season.

ESNP's Adam Schefter reports that Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb (ankle) will "probably" make his season debut against the Jaguars today. Chubb is officially questionable with what has been a lingering issue since offseason surgery. We'd try to wait at least a game before popping him into IDP lineups. It's tough to know how big a role Chubb will play right away. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says it's a "game-time decision."

Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb (ankle) is inactive for today's game against the Giants. Malik Reed figures to pick up the most snaps in Chubb's absence.

Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants. He returned for limited practices Thursday and Friday after missing Wednesday's workout. Ian Rapoport reports that Chubb isn't likely to play his full role even if he's active for the game. Chubb is still working back from May ankle surgery.

Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb is out of practice this week because of an ankle injury. “He tweaked his ankle last week in practice; still bothering him a little bit so we’re going to give him this week to get it right,” HC Vic Fangio said Wednesday, via Aric DiLalla of the team website. It's reportedly not the ankle that Chubb had surgery on this offseason. We'll see if he returns to practice next week, ahead of the regular-season opener.

Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb had a "minor ankle procedure" last week on the joint that cost him the final 2 games of last season, according to Mike Klis of 9News. The issue will keep Chubb out through the rest of offseason workouts, but he's expected to be ready for the start of training camp. We'll keep an eye on the situation through the summer. Chubb rebounded last season from a 2019 ACL tear to post 19 QB hits, tied for 19th in the league.

Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb (ankle) is inactive for today's game against the Raiders. That should mean another start for Jeremiah Attaochu in his place.

Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Raiders. He put in limited practices Thursday and Friday after missing Wednesday's workout and last week's game. We'll see about Chubb's status Sunday afternoon.

The Broncos have downgraded OLB Bradley Chubb (ankle) to out for today's game against the Chargers. That leaves Jeremiah Attaochu starting in his place -- a downgrade for an already exploitable Denver defense.

Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Chargers. He put in only a limited Friday practice after missing workouts the previous 2 days and makes for a risky IDP option even if active. We'll check Chubb's status Sunday.

Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb sustained an ankle injury in Saturday's loss to the Bills. We haven't seen any details on the issue since, which might mean it's minor. We'll see about his status as the practice week gets going ahead of Sunday's game against the Chargers.

Broncos OLB Von Miller injured an ankle tendon near the end of practice Thursday and will require surgery. He'll miss the entire 2020 season, according to multiple reports. That leaves Denver without its top pass rusher. NFL Network's James Palmer adds that OLB Bradley Chubb "is going to continue to take some time to get to 100%" coming off last year's ACL tear. The Broncos don't look like a worrisome matchup for any of your offensive players in fantasy right now. And don't chase after the team defense.

Broncos OLB Bradley Chubb suffered an ACL tear in Sunday's game against the Jaguars and is done for the season, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. That takes a key sack producer away from a defense that rebounded from 0 through the 1st 3 games to tally 5 against Jacksonville. We'll see about Chubb's progress through the offseason.

The Broncos spent the 5th pick of the NFL Draft on N.C. State DE Bradley Chubb. We'll see exactly how he fits into Denver's front, though Chubb seems more likely to stay at DE rather than OLB -- where Denver already sports Von Miller and Shane Ray. Chubb's arrival should certainly help the team defense and presents plenty of IDP upside. He racked up 10 sacks each of the past 2 seasons and tallied 44 total tackles for loss over that span.
