Jaguars S John Cyprien (thigh) is questionable for Sunday's trip to Tennessee.  He put in a limited practice Friday after sitting out the previous 2 days.  That makes him a risky option a week after he missed the last game.  It doesn't help his case that Tennessee presents a negative matchup for DBs on the season.

Jaguars S Jonathan Cyprien (thigh) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Bills after sitting out practice all week.  That takes a potential top 5 fantasy DB out of the Week 15 mix.  Cyprien didn't miss a snap in last week's win over Houston, which took place more than a week ago.  His absence leaves no Jacksonville DB of particular fantasy interest this week.

Jaguars rookie S Jonathan Cyprien took the field Monday for the 1st time since training camp started.  The 2nd-round pick had been on the PUP list since straining a hamstring while running sprints 2 days before he reported to camp.  Cyprien took limited reps in his return, but the Florida Times-Union reports that he deflected 2 passes.  He's expected to play against the Jets in Saturday's preseason matchup.  Barring any hamstring setbacks, Cyprien should remain on track to start for the Jags come opening day.  Check our DB rankings to see just how excited we are about his return.

Jacksonville opened Round 2 with ... not a QB.  The Jags chose Florida International S Jonathan Cyprien.  Many tabbed Cyprien as a 1st-rounder and view him as a do-it-all safety.  He should have little trouble winning a starting job right away in Jacksonville.  The team let S Dawan Landry walk in free agency.  Cyprien led FIU with 93 tackles last year and finished his college career with 7 INTs and 22 pass breakups.  He'll be worth drafting across IDP formats in fantasy football.
