Bills RB LeSean McCoy won't be suspended for his role in a bar fight in February, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.  It's been trending this way for a while, as a lack of evidence resulted in no charges against McCoy.  We'll see if this news causes his ADP to climb.  Shady is a bargain at his current 4th-round price tag.

NFL Network reports that the Philadelphia DA has decided not to file charges against Bills RB LeSean McCoy in connection with the early-February bar fight, citing a lack of evidence against McCoy. That doesn't necessarily mean that Buffalo's lead back will avoid NFL discipline, but it obviously helps his cause. We mentioned on last week's podcast that McCoy has presented value in early MFL 10 drafting, with many drafters likely expecting him to face a suspension. We'll see whether this news significantly alters McCoy's ADP.

The Bills are planning as if RB LeSean McCoy will miss "several games to begin next season" after his recent involvement in a nightclub fight, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.  It's a bit surprising after recent news seemed to be trending toward McCoy escaping without an assault charge.  The league could still decide to suspend him even if he's not charged, though.  Buffalo might also just be playing it safe in assuming he'll miss time.  We'll continue to keep a close eye on the situation.  Of course, if you're drafting now, you need to factor in the possibility that McCoy is suspended.

WPVI-TV in Philadelphia reports that an arrest warrant is expected to be issued for Bills RB LeSean McCoy within the next couple of days.  He's expected to face criminal charges of aggravated assault for his role in a fight that sent 2 police officers to the hospital.  We'll see what happens on the legal side of this, but McCoy is likely looking at a suspension from the NFL.  That'd open up starts for RB Karlos Williams.

Bills RB LeSean McCoy was allegedly involved in an assault of 3 off-duty police officers on Sunday night, according to the Philadelphia Enquirer.  An argument reportedly erupted over a bottle of champagne and ended with 2 of the cops in the hospital.  The police department is expected to release more details later today.  We'll see where this goes.

The Bills have finally officially rule RB LeSean McCoy out for Sunday's finale against the Jets. That solidifies RB Karlos Williams as a fantasy starter, with Mike Gillislee only a fringe option in deepest of situations. McCoy enjoyed a big game when the Bills beat the Jets on the road in Week 10.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Bills RB LeSean McCoy tore his right MCL in Sunday's loss to Washington and is considered "week to week" going forward. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport adds that McCoy is expected back for Week 17. We have a hard time envisioning Buffalo throwing him back into a game this year with playoffs no longer possible, but we've all seen football coaches make plenty of stupid decisions. You should act as though McCoy is done for the season and snag Karlos Williams if he's available. We'd bet on him leading the Buffalo backfield in a positive matchup with Dallas this weekend, with Mike Gillislee also drawing some work. Williams has already showed considerable fantasy upside this season and makes for an intriguing play across formats, assuming he's ready for more action than his limited role in Sunday's return from a shoulder injury. We'll track his practice participation this week.

NFL Network's Rand Getlin reports that Bills RB LeSean McCoy has a "minor" MCL sprain and is considered "day to day."  It sounds like he has a shot to play against the Cowboys next week, although Buffalo has no reason to rush him back with its playoff dreams dashed.  If McCoy sits, we'd expect Karlos Williams to serve as the lead back with Mike Gillislee in a change-of-pace role.
