Seahawks WR Tory Horton avoided the PUP list to open training camp after a cracked tibia cost him the final nine regular-season games and the playoffs. Horton told ESPN’s Brady Henderson that he first felt the injury in Week 3, and it only worsened from there. He underwent surgery in February to have a rod implanted in his leg but is a full go for the start of training camp.

The Seahawks have agreed to a three-year deal with WR Rashid Shaheed. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that it'll pay $51 million in total, with $34.7 million of that guaranteed. Seattle traded fourth- and fifth-round picks to the Saints for Shaheed ahead of last season's trade deadline.

Roughly no one expected Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp to deliver a positive fantasy outing in Monday night's matchup with the difficult Houston pass defense. But the veteran wideout made sure we all took notice. Kupp did gobble up 32 yards with his first catch of the game, opening Seattle's third possession, which eventually produced a TD. But Kupp wouldn't draw another official target. (He did have one negated by penalty.)
