Siemian will start Week 10

Saints QB Trevor Siemian will start Sunday's game vs. the Titans, HC Sean Payton said Friday. Siemian played reasonably well in last week's loss to Atlanta, completing 25 of 41 passes for 249 yards, 2 TDs and 0 INTs. He's just a low-end QB2 in fantasy lineups, though.

Fox Sports' Jay Glazer reports that Bears QB Trevor Siemian took a pain-killing injection for his oblique injury and might still start vs. the Jets today. Both Siemian and QB Nathan Peterman took some 1st-team reps in final warmups. You should obviously be staying far away from this situation in fantasy lineups.

He's somehow managed to toss 12 INTs on 135 career pass attempts. You should try to avoid Chicago's passing game in Week 12 fantasy lineups. The Jets defense is an elite play.

It's unclear if Siemian is just the Week 9 starter or in line to start the rest of the way. He played well in relief of QB Jameis Winston in last week's win over the Bucs, completing 16 of 29 passes for 159 yards and a score. But in a run-leaning offense with no rushing upside, Siemian is an unexciting fantasy play.
