The Saints signed RB David Johnson to the active roster. He'll help New Orleans replace RB Mark Ingram, who's likely to miss the rest of the season with an MCL injury. We wouldn't bother adding Johnson to fantasy rosters even as an Alvin Kamara handcuff. RB Dwayne Washington is also on the active roster.

The Saints on Saturday promoted RB David Johnson from the practice squad to the active roster. That likely means there will be a role for him Sunday against the Rams. We wouldn't bet on a lot of usage, though. Dwayne Washington and Jordan Howard combined for just 7 snaps last week, with Howard drawing the only carry between them.

New Orleans is expected to be without RB Mark Ingram for another week or 2, so Johnson might find his way onto the active roster. But he remains well off the fantasy radar.
