Watkins lands on IR

The Packers have placed WR Sammy Watkins on IR with the hamstring injury that had already knocked him out for Sunday's game against the Bucs. That means he'll miss at least 3 more games beyond this week. Although it's likely to be a short stay on IR for Watkins, he's fine to drop in just about any fantasy football format. Allen Lazard, Romeo Doubs, Christian Watson and Randall Cobb rounded out Green Bay's most-used WRs in last Sunday night's win over the Bears. Cobb and Watson are questionable for this week after each missing the final 2 practices. Green Bay also elevated WR Juwan Winfree and RB Patrick Taylor from the practice squad on Saturday.
