Raiders CB Nate Hobbs (ankle) is active for tonight's game against the Lions. It'll be his first action since suffering his injury back in Week 3. Hobbs remained limited throughout the practice week, so there's likely some risk both of a reduced initial role and re-injury. We'll watch both areas in projecting him for Week 9 and beyond.
Raiders CB Nate Hobbs remained limited throughout the practice week with the same ankle issue that cost him four games. But he carries no injury designation into Sunday's clash with the Giants. It's certainly not surprising that he's on track to play after returning last Monday might against the Lions and suffering no reported setbacks. But staying off the final injury report marks another positive step. Hobbs makes for a strong weekly starter in CB-required IDP leagues and can even factor in as a general DB starter. His return game included 6 tackles and a sack on just 63% playing time. That was his lowest snap share so far this season, so we'd bet on it rising going forward. See where Hobbs lands in our Week 9 DB rankings.
Raiders CBs Nate Hobbs (ankle) and Jakorian Bennett (shoulder, knee) have been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears.
The Raiders have ruled CB Nate Hobbs (ankle) out for Sunday's game against the Patriots. It'll be the third straight game without Hobbs.
The Raiders have ruled CB Nate Hobbs (ankle) out for the second straight game. CB Jakorian Bennett (hamstring, shoulder) is questionable. The Monday night kickoff vs. the Packers makes Bennett not worth waiting on for IDP lineups in most cases.
